Monument record 112/0/5 - Possible Workshop, Potters Lyveden (Site B)
Please read our guidance about the use of Northamptonshire Historic Environment Record data.
Summary
Excavation of Area B identified the footings of a building. The footings were lined with reused kiln bricks. A large quantity of clean yellow clay stockpiled outside the back door suggests that it was a potters workshop.
