Description
Schoolroom and house, now house. Datestone 1844. Squared coursed lias with plain tile roof. 2-unit plan with 2-storey cross wing to right and single-storey former schoolroom to left. Central C19 ribbed door with 4- centred head. 5-light stone mullion window to left and canted stone bay to right with 2-light stone mullion above. All have cast iron diamond panes. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers. Tall brick and stone stacks at ridge. Datestone above entrance. Formerly a reading room.
