Description
Three houses. Datestone 1848. By E. Blore. Brick and squared coursed lias with ashlar dressings and plain tiled roof. Each of 2-units; together forming an L-plan. 2-storey, 3-window range of casements with ashlar surround and cast iron diamond panes. 2 entrances between windows at front and one to side all with 4-centred heads and ribbed doors. End bay breaking forward with gables; centre window has false dormer. Rebuilt brick stacks at ends. Datestone with Spencer Arms in flanking gables. Part of a planned layout of 6 houses and wash house. (q.v. 16 to 18 Little Brington inclusive and wash house) Interior not inspected. (Buildings of England : Northamptonshire, p.293).
