Description

House, now offices. Early C19 with later C19 alterations. Squared coursed ironstone with brick façade and slate roof. Originally 4-unit plan. 3 storeys. 5-window range of casements with glazing bars under flat arch heads. C19 glazed door to left of centre is flanked by bay windows under a wooden verandah. Late C19 square bay window to left of verandah. Late C19 one-unit, 2-storey extension to right. Brick stacks at ridge and ends. Interior: entrance hall has mid C19 wooden arcade and staircase with turned balusters. Several windows have panelled reveals. Included for group value.
