Description
House. Late C17 with C18 and C19 extensions. Squared coursed, part banded, limestone and ironstone also brick with slate and concrete tile roofs. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of C19 casements with wood lintels, that to ground floor right has moulded stone head and that to first floor left has stumps of stone mullions. Fire window with moulded stone surround to right. Ashlar gable parapet to left and brick stacks at ridge and end. C18 one-unit extension to right is similar and has C20 door to right with moulded stone surround. C19 brick extension to far right was originally outbuilding, now forms part of house. Left gable has small single-light arch head window in apex, now blocked. Interior not inspected.
