Description
House. C18. Coursed squared ironstone, thatch roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; one-window range. Central C20 door with overlight in moulded wood surround with straight hood on wrought iron brackets, approached by 2 stone steps. Foot-scraper to right of lower step. To left a canted bay window with 16-pane sash to front, 8-pane sashes to sides; a 16-pane horned sash window to right and similar sash, unhorned, over door, both windows with timber lintels. 2-light cellar window below right window. Chamfered plinth, quoins and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Single-storey thatched range to left of coursed squared ironstone in two builds with side door and double-leaf garage door. C20 swimming pool range to right with concealed flat roof and skylights. Interior has chamfered spine beams, 4-centred arched stone fireplace, winder staircase with splat balusters to landing, several old plank doors and collar truss roof.
