Description
Cottage. C18. Coursed ironstone rubble, plain tile roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 1-window range. Main front to Sutton Street has 3-light casements to ground and first floors with timber lintels. Blue brick plinth, quoins and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Entrance to rear by C20 single-storey extension. Interior has stop-chamfered bressumer. One old stud partition. Stone-flagged cellar approached by flight of stone steps. Included for group value.
