Description

2 houses. Late C18/early C19. Banded limestone ashlar and squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally 2- and 3-unit plans. 2 storeys with attic. 4-window range of 6-paned, unhorned sash windows with, gauged stone heads and keyblocks. 6-panel door, between windows, to left of centre has rectangular fanlight with glazing bars and moulded wood surround with roundels and pediment. 6-panel door, between windows, to right of centre has rectangular fanlight with radiating glazing bars, under gauged stone head with keyblock. Chamfered plinth and moulded stone cornice. 3 hipped roof dormers; 2 have remains of leaded casements. Ashlar gable parapets and remains of ashlar ridge and end stacks. Stable attached to left has chamfered plinth, hipped roof and central ashlar stack. Rear elevation has stable and hayloft doors. Interiors not inspected but noted as having contemporary fittings.
