Description

House, formerly farmhouse. Late C17. Coursed limestone rubble banded with ironstone, shingle roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. Entrance front to garden has part-glazed C20 door to left of centre with timber lintel and straight hood on brackets flanked by 3-light casement windows with timber lintels. 2-light casements to first floor except for small one-light leaded window to first floor right, all with timber lintels. Quoins, chamfered plinth, C20 dormer window and stone-coped gables with kneelers. C20 single-storey extension projects to right. Interior noted as having chamfered spine beams and open fireplace with stop-chamfered bressumer. Stone cellar.
