Description

House. Late C17 and mid C18 and C19. Squared coursed ironstone and brick with concrete tile and slate roofs. Originally 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range at first floor. 2 sash window openings to left, one now blank, the other with sashes and glazing bars; both under gauged stone heads. One 2-light stone mullion window to right. One C20 casement to ground floor left. Central C20 door under wood lintel has evidence of re-fenestration to left and right. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and truncated ashlar and brick stacks at ridge. C19 one-unit, 2-storey extension to right has brick facade and 2 sash windows with shallow brick arch at ground floor. Rear elevation has 5-window range of C20 casements in C18 openings with gauged stone heads. Interior not inspected.
