Description
Row of cottages, former almshouses. Late C17/early C18, altered C19. Coursed squared limestone, interlocking tile roof, stone end and ridge stacks. 2-storey, 6-window range. One- and 2-unit plans. Panelled doors with chamfered stone surrounds to 2-light ovolo-moulded stone mullion windows to ground and 1st floors. Quoins and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Interior: chamfered spine beams. Said to have been formerly almshouses.
