Description

Formerly Humphreys & Scrivenor, A.W.Flatau & Co., A.Jones & Sons, A.J.Shoes Ltd. A three-storey boot and shoe factory built on the west side of Palmerston Road. The rectangular-plan factory has polychromatic brickwork in the front elevation and a slate covered roof. Ordnance Survey and other mapping, suggest that it was built c.1880. Locally listed building.
