Description
Public house. Early C19 and mid C20. Squared coursed limestone with concrete tiled roof. Originally L-shape plan. 2 storeys. Main front is a 2-window range of sash window with glazing bars, under gauged stone heads, with ashlar dressings. First floor sashes, one unhorned. Central six panel door, with flight of steps, has moulded wood doorcase with cluster pilasters and open pediment over. Ashlar quoins and ashlar stacks at ends. C20 flat roofed porch is attached to right. Rear wing, to right, is similar to main front with casement windows and C19 wooden porch. C20 extensions to rear. Interior remodelled C20.
