Description

House. Early C18. Coursed ironstone rubble, ridged tile roof, rendered brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. 4-panel, part-glazed, central door with timber lintel approached by 4 brick steps. C20 2-light casement windows to ground and first floors, all with timber lintels. Small square cellar window to left with pegged wood surround and stone lintel. Quoins and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Interior has ogee-stop-chamfered spine beams. Open fireplace with stop-chamfered bressumer. Corner fireplace in upper room with ogee-stop-chamfered bressumer. Collar-truss roof. Old stud partitions and plank doors. Stone cellar.
