Description
House. Dated 1688. Coursed squared ironstone, thatch roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. 6-panel door with C20 hood to right with datestone above inscribed P/TM/AD/1688. 2-light wood mullion and transom window to left, a 20-pane sash window to far left. 2-light wood mullion and transom windows to first floor. All have timber lintels. Stone coped gables with kneelers and 2 hipped roof dormers. Single-storey thatched range to right originally outbuildings, now mostly converted and with C20 windows. Interior noted as having open fireplace with cambered bressumer and chamfered spine beam.
