Description
House. C17 with C20 alterations. Coursed squared ironstone, plain tile roof, stone end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. 6-pane horned sash windows to ground and first floor right with stone lintel and keyblock to ground floor, timber lintel to first floor, all other windows have C20 frames and stone lintels with keyblocks, that to ground floor left has been enlarged and sill lowered. A pair of C20 roof dormers to left. Stone-coped gables with kneelers. Long narrow window to right gable end. Entrance to rear in C20 extension. Interior has re-used possibly C15 moulded spine beam and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer. Included for group value.
