Description

Rectory now house. Probably late C17, early and mid C19. Squared coursed limestone with Colleyweston slate and C20 plain tile roofs. Originally 2-unit, now 4-unit plan. 2 storeys. Main front is a 5-window range of C19 casements under wood lintels. C19 part-glazed door, to left of centre, under wood lintel, has C19 glazed garden door to far left. Ashlar gable parapets to left and brick and stone stacks at ridge and ends. 2 bays to left are probably C17 origin. 2 bays to centre right are early C19 Mid C19, one-unit, extension to far right. Rear elevation: original 2 bays to right break forward with remains of 2 leaded casements to first floor. Interior: entrance hall, in original building, remodelled early C19, has 6-panel doors and staircase with stick balustrades. Stop-chamfered spine beam in room to far left.
