Description

Bridge and attached sluice. Probably early C19, restored C20. Squared coursed limestone bridge with wooden sluice. Single span bridge with segmental arch. Sluice has 2 gates, one renewed, raised by horizontal winding mechanism. Used to regulate the water level in the mill pond at Yarwell Mill (q.v.). Included for group value.
