Description

House, now 2 dwellings. Late C17. Squared coursed limestone and limestone ashlar with Colleyweston slate and concrete tile roofs. 3 units, with cross wing now forming L-shape plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range with gabled cross wing breaking forward to right. Gable has 2 C19 casements under wood lintels. Other windows are C20 casements with glazing bars under wood lintels. 2 first floor windows to left are under Lincolnshire eaves dormers. C20 door to centre under wood lintel and 4-panel door in return wall of cross wing is also under wood lintel. Remains of chamfered plinth and ashlar gable parapets. Ashlar stacks, with rebuilt tops, to ridge and end of cross wing. Left wall of cross wing has 3-light stone mullion window to first floor, under Lincolnshire dormer. Interior of No. 12 has spine beams and large central stack.
