Description
House, formerly manse. Dated 1780 with C20 alterations. Red brick with flared headers in Flemish bond. Concrete tile roof, brick end stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. L-plan. Central 6-panel door with fanlight and gabled hood on brackets. 12-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors with gauged brick lintels and limestone keyblocks. Storey band, dentilled brick eaves and brick-coped gables with ironstone kneelers and 3 hipped dormers. Full height wing to rear right alongside lane. Keystone dated 1780 to rear central 1st floor window. Interior not inspected.
