Description
House and attached stables, now 2 shops, flat and attached outbuildings. Early C18 and late C18/early C19. Regular coursed limestone with painted facade and concrete tile roof to front and part pantile roof to rear. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range at first floor of sash windows with glazing bars, those to left and right are tripartite, all under stop-chamfered lintels. Ground floor has early C20 shop front with 6-panel door to far right, with glazed toplights. Pair of flat-topped roof doors. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and brick stack at end. One bay attached to right is C18, of different build, breaking forward slightly from main range. Unhorned sash window with glazing bars at first floor and early C20 shop front at ground floor comprising 2 part-glazed double doors with fascia over. Former C18 stable, attached to rear, has irregularly spaced casements and 3 Lincolnshire dormers. Gable end is weatherboarded. Interiors of shops have ceiling beams, ow boxed.
