Originally probably T-shape plan. Single storey with attic. Main front of 3 bays. Centre bay breaks forward as gabled cross-wing. Hipped eaves dormers, to far right and to return wall of cross-wing, and Lincolnshire dormer to left; all with C20 casements. Ashlar gable parapets and brick and stone stacks at ridge and end. Centre bay has Collyweston slate roof. Datestone in the form of a shield, to left of window at ground floor left. Right gable has part-glazed door under wood lintel and C19 casement above, also under wood intel. Cross-wing extends to rear and has C20 dormer windows.
