Description
House. Late C18. Lias ashlar with slate roof. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic; 4-window range. 6-panelled door to left of centre. Left windows are casements with wood mullions and transoms; centre windows are sashes with glazing bars; windows to right are casements. All openings have flat stone arches some with keystones. Gabled roof of 2 pitches with ashlar gable parapets and brick stacks at ridge and end. Moulded stone parapets and brick stacks at ridge and end. Moulded stone cornice. Rear similar but with C20 casements. The end of the mainly red-brick rear wing is in separate ownership and is not of special architectural interest.
