Description
House. Datestone 1684/IRM. Squared coursed lias with ashlar dressings and thatched roof. 2-unit plan. Single storey with attic, ground floor of 2- window range abutting road with 3-light stone mullions to left and casement to right with moulded stone surround and wood lintel, small central window. Central eyebrow dormer with leaded lights. Rusticated quoins. Ashlar string course, gable parapets and kneelers. Brick stacks at ends. 2-light stone mullion to left gable with datestone above. Rear has central entrance above with plank door flanked by casements with leaded lights. Incorrectly addressed as The Baptist chapel on Ordnance Survey map.
