Description
House and shop. Late C17, raised C19. Coursed squared ironstone, slate roofs, brick end and ridge stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys and attic. 4-panel part-glazed door with straight hood to right of principal range facing street. 3-light small-pane leaded windows to ground and first floor, all with timber lintels. C19 gabled dormers. Projecting wing has shop window to ground floor, a 3-light leaded small-pane casement window to first floor with timber lintel. Shop door, 4-panel part-glazed, to left side, single-storey lean-to extension to right with shop window. Interior has stop-chamfered spine beam, and one clasped principal of old roof in present attic.
