Description
House and forge, now house. Early and mid C18 and C19. Regular coursed limestone with concrete tile roof. Originally 2-unit plan with forge to right and central carriage arch. 2 storeys. 4-window range of C19 and C20 casement and sash windows, some with glazing bars, under wood lintels. Central carriage arch with plank doors and shallow arch head. Stable door to far right under wood lintel. Brick stack at ridge. Range of early C18 former stables attached to rear form part of Green Dragon Hotel (q.v.) and have pantile roofs and tall stone stacks. Interior not inspected.
