Description
House, shop and bakery. House C17, shop and bakery said to have been converted from former barn in the C19. House to left, coursed ironstone rubble, tile roof, flanking brick stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 3 bays. Two 3-light wood casement windows in moulded stone frames with square hoods on ground floor and small one-light window in moulded stone frame in right bay. C20 two-light casement windows with wood lintels to first floor and C20 gabled timber attic dormers. Interior: chamfered spine beams, open fireplace with original timber bressumer and Victorian grate. Shop and bakery to right, coursed ironstone rubble, tile roof, brick stacks. 2 storeys; 4 bays. Gabled bay to right. Entrance in left bay has stone lintel and C20 door. Shop front to right, C19, with central half-glazed door flanked by bay windows with moulded stone cornice. Other windows C19 and C20. Interior: remodelled C20.
