Description

House now 2 dwellings. Late C17 and C18. Squared coursed limestone with thatch roof. Originally probably 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range of C20 casements under wood lintels. 3-light stone mullion window to ground floor left and centre C19 casement with moulded stone surround. Plank door to left of centre under wood lintel, and C20 door to right of centre under wood lintel. Brick and stone stacks at ridge and end. Interior of house attached to east has open fireplace with bressumer and stop-chamfered spine beams. (RCHM: An Inventory of Architectural Monuments in North Northamptonshire: p135)
