Description
House, now house and shop. Mid C18, C19 and C20. Squared coursed limestone with C20 plain tile roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. 5-window range, at first floor, of unhorned sash windows with glazing bars under gauged stone heads with keyblocks. C20 shop windows with glazing bars and glazed door to left of ground floor, and 2 fixed-light windows with glazing bars, under rendered heads, to right. Central C20 door with moulded wood surround. Chamfered plinth to right. 3 flat-topped roof dormers. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and brick stacks at ridge and end. Interior not inspected.
