Description
Farmhouse, now a house. C1820 with mid C19 and late C20 alterations. Brick with concrete tile hipped roof. Chamfered plinth, eaves with wooden brackets. 2 side wall, single gable and 2 ridge brick stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays, L-plan. West front has central steps to a small portico with fluted iron piers, 6-panel beaded door, the top 2 panels glazed, with patterned fanlight, flanked by single 8/8 sashes. Above, a 6/6 central sash flanked by single 8/8 sashes. All these windows have rubbed brick heads. Beyond, each side, a ramped flanking wall 3m long, with square piers and half-round coping. C19 north rear wing has dentillated eaves and a C19 sash and casements with segmental heads.
