Description

School, now parish hall. Mid C19 with later C19 extensions. Lias ashlar with fish-scale tile roof. Originally L-shape plan in Tudor style. Single storey. Entrance front of 2 bays with gable to left, gabled porch with finial and C20 door with 4-centred arched head. Flanking 2-light windows with transoms. Bay to right is later C19 with 6-light stone mullioned and transomed window. Bay at rear to right is similar. All windows have cast-iron diamond glazing bars. Ashlar gable parapets and kneeler. Gables to left are similar. Partially legible datestone above entrance has initials DS/AC. C20 extension to rear is not of special architectural interest. Interior not inspected.
