Description
4 houses, now 3 dwellings. Mid and late C17. Regular coursed limestone with corrugated metal and concrete tile roof. One and 2-unit plans. Nos. 17, 19 and 21 are 2-storey and No. 23 is single-storey with attic. Together comprising a 6-window range of casements with glazing bars under wood lintels. No. 21 has C20 casements. 3 C19 and C20 doors between windows under wood lintels. No. 21 has a C20 porch. No. 23 has a gable parapet. Brick and stone stacks at ridge. (Through passage to left of No. 21 has stop-chamfered lintels and ceiling beams). Interior: No. 23 has spine beam and open fireplace with bressumer. Original roof structure with thatch.
