Description
Originally, C17, a single house, one of the 3 manor houses of Great Houghton; later divided into 2 dwellings, now re-united into one. Limestone with brown stone quoins, side elevation gables with trefoil carved pedimented kneelers to stone copings. Welsh slated roof with chimney stacks to right and left of centre. 2 storeys and attics; 3 windows; 1st floor 2 light wood mullion and transom casements, 2 leaded, 1 with keystone: ground floor casements, 2 in stone surrounds and small window on left. North side elevation has attic casement window, 1st floor modern casement in opening formerly blocked, 3 light ground floor C19 casement window. South side gable has 2 light stone mullioned attic window.
