Description
Farmhouse and attached outbuilding range. c.1795. By Sir John Soane. Whitewashed brick with slate hipped roofs and brick ridge and side stacks. Unusual brick eaves course overall. House is two storeys. 2-window range of 2-light casements. Central door and overlight. 3 windows to left side and 2-window range of 2-light casements to rear. Extending from right a single storey outbuilding range with stable doors and casements under brick segmental arches. Forms part of a significant group of buildings associated with Sulby Hall (dem.c.1948).
