Description

House, now 2 dwellings. Late C17, altered early C19. Squared coursed limestone with pantile roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 6-window range of casements, some with leaded lights, under wood lintels. First floor windows have brick dressings and gablets above. 3 C19 plank doors, between window ranges, also under wood lintels. Brick stacks at ridge and end. Bay to far right was originally probably an outbuilding, remodelled early C19 by Lilford estate. Interior of No.88 has open fireplace with bressumer and stop-chamfered spine beams. Included for group value.
