Description
House. Early C18, altered C19 and C20. Coursed limestone rubble, slate roof, blue brick stacks. 2 storeys and attic, 4 bays. 16-pane sash window with wood lintel in right bay. 2-light wood mullioned and transomed window with wood lintel in left bay. Similar windows in second and third bays from the right. Triple window in second bay from the left has central 2-light wood mullioned and transomed window flanked by one-light windows with transom, all under continuous wood lintel. 2-light wood mullioned and transomed window with wood lintels on the first floor. 3 flat-roofed dormers with 2-light casements. Coped gable ends with kneelers. C20 extension to left, coursed ironstone rubble with flat roof. 2 storeys, one bay. Has entrance at rear. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
