Description
Barn, stables and shelter shed. C17. Coursed limestone and ironstone rubble, corrugated asbestos roofs. L-plan. Barn walls demolished within approx 3 metres of ground, have remains of slit windows. Shelter, adjoining to right, open at rear (north), has roof supported on C20 timber post. Coped gable end to right. Stables extending from left side of barn, 4 bays, have doorways with wood lintels and plank doors in left bay and second bay from right. Unglazed window openings with wood lintels in right bay and second bay from left. Interior: Shelter, has old tie beams and main rafters. Stables not inspected. Included for group value.
