Description
Cottage. C18. Coursed limestone rubble, corrugated iron roof replacing thatch, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 1-window range. 3-light casement window to left of centre with timber lintel, a blocked window with timber lintel to right, a 2-light casement with brick jambs and timber lintel to first floor left. Single-storey brick extension to rear left with door in brick porch. Interior has ogee stop-chamfered spine beam, open fireplace and collar-truss roof. Brick in stack said to be dated 1724 or 1725.
