Description
Dovecote and barn. Early C18. Ironstone ashlar, plain-tile roof. Main front to west has pair of 2-panel doors to left with overlights and stone lintels with keyblocks and coach door to right with arched head and keyblocks. First floor openings have plank doors except for small 2-light window to first floor right, all with stone lintels and keyblocks. Moulded stone eaves cornice, central timber cupola and stone-coped gables with kneelers. (Buildings of England: Northamptonshire, 1973, p.284).
