Description

House. Dated 1669, renovated 1974. Coursed squared ironstone, old plain-tile roof, stone end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. Main front has cross window to ground and first floor with stone lintels and keyblocks. Plinth, first floor string course, moulded stone eaves, and coped stone gables with kneelers. Similar windows to right gable end of ground and first floors and datestone in gable above inscribed 1669. 2-storey, 2-window wing to rear right has 3-light casement windows to ground and first floor with timber lintels, tile headed ridge stack. Entrance to rear. Interior has stop-chamfered spine beams and open fireplaces with stop-chamfered bressumers. Collar-truss roof.
