Description

Farmhouse. Early C19. Squared coursed limestone with Colleyweston slate roof. L-shape plan. 2 storeys; part with attic. Main front is a 3-window range of unhorned sash windows, under gauged stone heads, with ashlar dressings. Central 6-panelled door, with glazed toplights, has similar surround with convex, hipped hood. 2 hipped eaves dormers have casement windows. Ashlar gable parapets and rendered brick stacks at ends. Rear wing has a catslide roof and some C19 casement windows under wood linte s. Interior not inspected. (RCHM: An Inventory of Architectural Monuments in North Northamptonshire: p161)
