Description
House, formerly farmhouse. Late C18 with older origins. Red brick with flared headers, plain-tile roof and brick end stacks. 2-storey, 3-window range. 2-unit plan with outshut. Central panelled door with fanlight and semi-circular hood on brackets now supported by posts and incorporated in gabled porch. 2-light casement windows to ground and 1st floors with segmental-arched heads. Cogged brick eaves. Rear wall of outshut is of coursed limestone rubble and has plank back door with wood lintel and similar casement windows. Interior not inspected.
