Description
Farmhouse. Late C17. Squared coursed lias with slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. 3-window range of metal casements with moulded stone surrounds, those at ground floor have moulded friezes. Central C20 door has moulded stone surround with pulvinated frieze cornice over. Narrow windows flanking also have moulded stone surrounds. Brick relieving arches over all ground-floor openings. Hipped roof with stone stacks at ridge. Central C19 roof dormers. Single-storey extension to right is partly constructed of cob. Interior not inspected but reputed as having C17 staircase with turned balusters.
