Description
House, formerly rectory. Early C18 with C19 and C20 alterations and extensions. Limestone ashlar, plain-tile roof, brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. Central panelled part-glazed door in gabled stone porch. 12-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors with segmental-arched keyblocked lintels. Moulded plinth, chamfered quoins, moulded stone eaves and stone-coped gables with kneelers. C19 single-storey extension to right. Interior has open fireplace to kitchen with chamfered bressumer and open-well staircase with slender turned balusters.
