Description

Barn. Dated 1633, with C19 alterations. Coursed squared limestone, banded with ironstone, and slate roof. 3-bay barn. Double opposed doors with wood lintels, that to rear partially blocked. Ventilation slits to left bay, to rear gable end and 3 to front gable end, the lower two blocked. All have stone lintels to front and wood lintels behind. Stone-coped gable with kneelers to front gable facing road. Tie and collar beams to principal rafters.
