Description

Farmhouse, now house. Late C17 and early C19. Squared coursed limestone with Colleyweston slate roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. Main front is a 3-window range. 2-window range to left, remodelled and raised early C19. Central panelled door with arch-head fanlight set in wooden surround. Tripartite sash windows with glazing bars under gauged stone heads with ashlar dressings. Ashlar gable parapet and truncated ashlar stacks at ends. One-window range to right is late C17 with 3-light stone mullion windows with hood mould. Similar 2-light window to far left at ground floor and part-glazed door, to right, under wood lintel. Late C17 range has lower eaves, and ridge. Ashlar gable parapets and ashlar stack abutting early C19 roof. Quoins between C17 and C19 ranges are stuccoed. Right gable has 2-light stone mullion attic window. Rear elevation has C20 extension and one roof dormer with leaded casement. Interior not inspected.
