C17 or C18. Coursed rubble and ashlar, machine tile roof. 2 storeys and attic, 4 lattice casements with wood mullions and transoms. Abbey Cottage on Ordnance Survey. Delapre Abbey with its Stable Block, Billiard Room, Garden Wall and Gateway, Game Larder, Coach-house and Park House form a group.
