Description
Pair of dwellings, formerly farmhouse. Late C17 altered C20. Coursed limestone rubble, plain-tile roof, brick and stone ridge stack, brick end stack. L plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. 6-panel door to left of centre with moulded wood surround and straight hood on brackets. Gabled cross-wing to right with 3-light C20 casement window to ground floor with wood lintel. 2-light C20 casements to 1st and attic floors with wood lintels. Ironstone-coped gables with kneelers. Single-storey C20 extension to left. Interior of No. 2 noted as having chamfered spine beam and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
