Description

Planting stone. Late C18. Limestone ashlar. Circular shaft on square base surmounted by a ball finial. Metal plate with inscription on column "Planted by George John Earl Spencer K.G. in the year M DCC XCVIII, Seris Factura Nepotibus Umbram". Enclosed by railings with spikes. (C.
