Description
1840 in Tudor style. Ashlar ironstone, tiled roof. Single storey. Projecting gable on right has tall 3 light mullioned and transomed casement window in flush chamfered surround under dripmould. To left 3 similar windows without transoms, central 1 uder gable with raised shiled carved with date and inscription. Dripmould over door. Brookside, The Old Forge, the Village Hall and Raynsford Almshouses form a group.
